They are also welcoming and friendly and the whole office has a fun and light-hearted vibe. They are punctual and stay on schedule and provide timely, helpful communication.

Doctor Martinez is great! He has been keeping my teeth looking good for years. They have accepted different insurance companies as mine has changed a couple of times over the years. The staff is easy to work with for scheduling appointments. Always sweet and welcoming when I come in for my cleanings. I will keep going to Dr. Martinez as long as he’s still here and taking care of teeth.

Dr. Martinez and his staff are fantastic!! I have been going to him for almost 10 years. The amount of time that I have lived in Columbus. Shout out to his friendly and patient staff, Sharon, Dental Technician, Chelsie, Executive Assistant, and Tamara, Dental Technician. I highly recommend them. I go to them every six months for a cleaning and due to Dr. Martinez's recommendation, I had my wisdom teeth removed almost 8 years ago. Best decision that I have made. Give Dr. Martinez and his office staff a chance, as he will help in all of your dental needs. Shout out to those that are bilingual or Spanish speaking only, as he and his staff are bilingual.

Dr. Martinez and staff are the best! Sharon always asks how my family is doing and remembers things I told her 6 months ago. How she remembers all that I'll never know, but she does 🙂 Victorian Village Dental is very thorough, friendly, and they actually show genuine concern for their patients. Best decision I’ve ever made was to switch to Victorian Village Dental Care. Dr. Martinez and his staff are very detailed oriented, they truly care, no wait time, they respect your time once you are on time to your appointment and Dr. Martinez does a fine, clean and very detailed dental work. Highly recommended!!

Been a patient here for years and I can't complain. I get a lot of anxiety with seeing the dentist, but Dr. Martinez has accommodated any issues and concerns ahead of time; whether that be with medication or other compassionate care intervention suggestions such as earbuds to block out the noises. My kids see him too and we have all had pretty good experiences. Hope to keep coming back for years to come.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Martinez and team for many years now. They’re in a great location convenient to walk to (with ample parking if needed) and the service is always top notch. From routine cleanings to the (more than occasional — here’s your reminder to floss) cavity repair, Dr. Martinez does great work in a low-stress environment. As someone who used to be wickedly anxious going to the dentist, it’s nice to say I’m always leaving with a laugh (and chance to show off my teeth) all thanks to the great team at Victorian Village Dental! I've been going to Dr. Martinez since 2009-ish. I am consistently happy with the services I've received from him and his team. For the first time in my working career, my insurance (Cigna) does not have Dr. Martinez in-network; and I will still keep going because of the service. Plus out-of-pocket costs is still affordable, all things considered. I recommend him to friends and family.

I have been coming to Dr. Martinez for years and the experience has always been exceptional. His entire staff is fantastic; coming to an appointment isn't the anxiety-inducing experience i used to have elsewhere, but more like an opportunity to catch up with old friends. Dr. Martinez is an exceptional dentist and I've always felt like I was in good hands with him. And most importantly, my dentition has remained largely problem free since I started coming here, approximately 8 years ago, which is saying a lot, given the poor dental hygiene practices i has in my younger years. He came highly recommended by a friend, and I would confidently offer a similar recommendation to anyone who asked.

I've known Dr Martinez for a long time. He's a good dentist 😬 😁 😍 to all but to me he's the Best! I wouldn't trust my pearly whites to any other dentist. I’ve been visiting Victorian Village Dental for the better part of the last decade. Dr. Rolando and his team have always been friendly, welcoming and delivered the best service you could hope for. Even with Dr. R not being in my dental network, I’ve chosen to continue visiting even though it meant higher costs (it’s worth it).
